New South Reuse
Princeton University
Renovations
to seven floors of the New South Building at Princeton, designed
by well-known architect Edward Larrabee Barnes. In addition to several administrative functions,
JBA designed new spaces for two renowned academic departments — the Creative Writing Program and
the Theater and Dance Program. The Creative Writing suite includes spaces where students
and faculty interact in an extemporaneous learning environment that includes seminar rooms, a library, and coffee bar lounge. The library wall features a cento, a non-sequiter compilation
of large scale prose by faculty members. |
