Renovation of a 19th century farmhouse. Exterior work included removal of asbestos siding, existing windows, existing roof, and rotted trimwork, followed by installation of new wood sash windows and slate roof, and porch/woodwork restoration. Interior work included new heating and cooling systems, complete electrical overhaul, insulation upgrade, floor and woodwork restoration, and selective reworking of interior spaces, including a new kitchen and sitting room. |
